My husband and I just returned from our 30th Anniversary celebration trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. It was our first time back to Disney in over 17 years and the first time without the kids in tow. Early on in the planning stage it became clear that we really didn’t know where to start. On the recommendation of a friend we contacted Jim Linsky at Ears of Experience. From the first conversation we knew we were in good hands & that despite having only 6 weeks before our vacation , Jim would make sure we had a wonderful experience. Jim spent over an hour with us that first phone call and not only walked us through the process, but by the end of that initial call, reservations were in place for our accommodations, dining experiences, meal plan and fast passes. Jim asked questions about our timeline, preferences of parks, types of food we like and rides we enjoyed. With his guidance and suggestions a carefully orchestrated plan of attack emerged that made it possible to make the most of our time at the Disney Parks. We were also able to throw in a day at Universal Studios/ Islands of Adventure. Jim also suggest the Disney After Dark Special Events at Animal Kingdom and The Magic Kingdom. With our shorter planning window, we were unable to get fast passes for a few of the more popular rides. During the After Dark Special Event evenings, we were able to walk right on to these popular rides and more. Jim says that his clients don’t wait on line and he is absolutely right! A couple of weeks before our trip, we received a packet containing detailed, day by day itineraries and useful tips to make the most of our time at the parks. Also included were maps of the parks and instructions for setting up your Disney app. Jim covers everything and is never more than just a phone call away. It could have ended there and we would have been very happy, but Jim goes the extra mile for his clients. He was in contact with us every day, making sure we were having a good time and that there wasn’t anything else we needed. We would highly recommend Jim’s services and can’t wait to plan our next Disney trip with him.
