It’s Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, and the last four days have been quietly wonderful .My daughter is home with us this weekend, and it has been a great just relaxing, watching movies, learning about Fortnite(she’s good –  I AM NOT!)  talking about her future, and of course discussing our next Disney trip, which will be her college graduation present.

WHAT!??!??!

It is so bizarre to think of my little girl graduating from college. They say it all goes by so fast and they are correct. It was just yesterday I was holding her hand, walking around All Star Sports Resort with her in her footie pajamas. From then to now, there’s been 25 trips, and a million memories. Now the next time we walk down Main Street together , she will be a college graduate.

I can’t remember a lot of the gifts I gave her along the way. But I have a memory of each vacation we took together.

The point of all of this is while you are thinking about the gifts you will give this Holiday Season, the gift of memories is a gift that lasts forever. Time spent together , experiences shared, are the things that last. So instead of all the shopping, the running, the wrapping, the money spent on things that may be forgotten in a couple weeks, how about a trip together that will create memories that last a lifetime.

Think about it.
